1. Acceptance of Terms

Your usage of this platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms may change from time to time; the latest version will always be available on this page.

2. Privacy Policy

Unlike other platforms, we act as a responsible steward of your data. We will not sell or share your personally identifiable information to third parties for any reason other than a valid and vetted legal request. We reserve the right to use unlocked "public" vault information in our marketing and promotional materials. We reserve the right to use aggregate information (non-personally identifiable) for any legal purpose.

Information you store in your vault is securely encrypted in our database. Using our Drawer system, you dictate exactly what information is public, what is shared with specific delegates, and what is accessible during your lifetime versus after your passing. Your name and a blurred photo will be accessible in the Gallery while your public profile remains locked. In the event a delegate accesses a drawer prematurely, the vault owner will be notified and may visit their account to "relock" the vault, instantly removing the stored content from view.

3. Appropriate Use

The intended use of this platform is to securely store and protect information you share as your legacy, including a profile photo, name, biography, video, and vital personal or legal documents. These vaults are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Given that these are your last words, a great deal of latitude will be provided on the content you store. However, threats, violence against others, or other content outside societal norms is subject to removal and account cancellation for violations of acceptable use. We are the sole arbiters of this standard.

4. Referral Program Terms

For any valid purchase of a vault code using your link, your account will be credited 10% of the gross purchase price. Your referral balance is tracked in our system and accessible via the application portal. To qualify, the referred purchaser must have a successful transaction and must not initiate a chargeback or refund for 60 days post-purchase. Referral payouts will be processed electronically on the first of each month.

Mass promotion "spamming" of referral links is expressly prohibited. Any user employing these techniques will be in breach of our terms, their account will be suspended, and the referral balance forfeited under a strict one-strike policy. We reserve the right to suspend, amend, or cancel the referral program at any time and for any reason.

5. Mobile Data Terms

Mobile information will not be shared, sold, or conveyed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances. Users may opt out at any time by testing STOP.
