We would love to say forever, but that is unrealistic. What we can say is as long as possible. A portion of your purchase funds is transferred to a not-for-profit operations company which is structured for the sole purpose of sustaining the portfolio of digital assets online. Like many long standing institutions, we have structured the organization to be ready for a multi-generational operations and expect that MLW will stand the test of time.

As the vault owner, you have total control. You can nominate delegates and assign them specific "keys" to different drawers within your vault. Some drawers (like Healthcare Directives) can be configured for Living Access, allowing delegates to view them immediately. For legacy content, the delegate uses their secure PIN to verify your passing. You may revoke keys, reset PINs, or remove delegates at any time. If a delegate unlocks your vault prematurely, you are immediately notified and may securely relock it.

Yes. Your vault is a living repository. You may update any of the content—including videos, photos, and vital documents—whenever you desire. We highly suggest making an annual review of your vault a habit. That way, your content remains up-to-date and perfectly matches your desired legacy.

Probably not. Read our Terms to understand our stance on profile content. We will extend a great deal of latitude in content as it is intended to represent the person in question's last words and legacy. If something offends you, don't look at it is the best advice we can offer.
